NUTRITIONโ€‹

Eating healthy food gives us energy and the nutrients we need. It helps our body function properly. If we change what we eat, we can feel more awake and alive. This is important if we want to learn karate and be active. We should eat things like vegetables, fruit, and things with vitamins and minerals.

EAT OR AVOID

We should eat healthy foods like fish, eggs, nuts, and seeds for protein, and lean meats. We also need carbohydrates from whole grains, and lots of colorful vegetables and fruits. Healthy fats, like those found in oils and avocados, are important too. We should stay away from fast food because it has too much fat, salt, and calories. We also should avoid drinks like coffee and tea, and not drink alcohol or smoke tobacco.
