In Karate, bowing is a way of showing respect to trainers and training partners. It's a sign of deep respect and willingness to stay focused during training.
Karate training is impressive, more than anything, because it helps us develop all three traits. We develop these traits through a combination of hard training and learning.
Karate helps children become more confident, coordinated, disciplined, and sociable. It can make them stronger, both physically and mentally.
"We should practice our art time and again so that our skills improve and we can become stronger."
"It enhances our mental abilities and brings out our learned skills when trouble strikes, enabling us to save ourselves or others."
Self-defense helps you feel more sure of yourself. It teaches you how to recognize a dangerous situation and handle it properly.
Schools need teachers and students to function, and the same goes for academies, where a trainer is like family. Our academy has an experienced trainer who can help you improve your body posture, kicking, punching, speed, and accuracy.
The Karate Association will give a rating between 0-5 stars to Sky students based on hard work and being respectful towards teachers. Those with more stars will be higher in rank and those with less stars will be lower. The highest person in the rankings will be respected during belt tests. Rankings will be repeated in every belt test and those who show disrespect towards teachers or others will have their ranking lowered. At the final black belt test, the highest ranking student will receive a trophy and certificate.
